JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to individuals in care homes and home care settings, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. This role requires strong communication skills, a good command of English, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable
  • Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately
  • Proficient IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for roles that require travel between locations
  • A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: £18,315.00-£25,830.39 per year
    Expected hours: 30 per week
