AGENCY HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT (HCA) – PETERBOROUGH

Location: Peterborough, PE3

Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour
Are you a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant looking for flexible agency work in a supportive and rewarding environment?
We’re currently seeking experienced HCAs to join our agency team for ongoing shifts at one of our Care Homes based in Peterborough. This is a great opportunity to work in a well-regarded care setting, supporting elderly residents with their daily needs and well-being.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 6 months of UK-based care experience
• Up-to-date Moving and Handling & Basic Life Support training (can be provided if needed)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
• Kind, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills

• Providing personal care and emotional support to residents
• Assisting with mobility, mealtimes, and medication prompts
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a safe environment
• Working alongside a dedicated care team to deliver high standards of care
