OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to support individuals in care homes and home care settings. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those in need, assisting with daily activities and promoting independence and dignity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in care settings is a plus, but not essential
• Ability to follow care plans accurately
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Basic IT skills for record-keeping
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, empathetic attitude and commitment to quality care

• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming
• Encourage participation in daily routines and activities
• Follow and implement individual care plans
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and feeding
• Maintain a clean, safe care environment
• Travel to various locations for home care assignments
