Healthcare assistant (HCA) that will helps patients with everyday tasks and helps medical staff. Personal care, vital sign monitoring, patient record keeping, and creating a secure and comfortable atmosphere are among their responsibilities. Candidates who serve as an essential conduit for communication and emotional support between nurses and patients. Fundamental Duties: Helping patients with toileting, clothing, grooming, feeding, and bathing is known as personal care. Monitoring and Observation: taking and documenting the patient’s vital signs (weight, respiration, temperature, and pulse), keeping an eye on their status, and informing the nurse of any changes. Mobility & Movement: Supporting patients’ movement within their limits, helping them move around, and helping them transition. Nutrition and Hydration: helping to prepare meals, giving patients food, and making sure they drink enough water. Emotional Support: Giving patients consolation, company, and assurance to make them feel secure and supported. Maintaining a Safe Environment: Ensuring patient safety, following hygienic and infection control procedures, and keeping patient areas neat and orderly. Record keeping: Keeping thorough and current patient records, recording observations and the care given. Communication: Serving as a liaison between patients, families, and other medical specialists in order to promote open dialogue and teamwork. Helping with Procedures: Under supervision, providing assistance to nurses and other medical professionals with routine medical procedures.
