Torcare is an established Elderly care provider of 3 care homes who pride ourselves on providing exemplary levels of care and support for all our residents who use our services.
We are looking for Night Health Care Assistants to join our staff team and our residents.
Our night shifts start at 8:45pm and finish at 7:15am.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential.
• Basic IT skills to manage documentation and communicate through electronic systems.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential for this role.

• Ensure high levels of care are maintained
• To ensure residents retain their dignity and individuality
• To provide care and support to clients
• To carry out person-centred regular checks of clients in your care, ensuring their individual privacy and needs are met
• Maintain accurate records of care provided
• To carry out specific tasks under the direct supervision and guidance of a senior member of the team.
