JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for kind, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team of Health Care Assistants. No previous care experience is necessary—full training is provided.
You’ll be supporting clients with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and companionship. This is a rewarding role where you can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day.

REQUIREMENTS

• A caring and empathetic attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Flexible availability (including mornings, evenings, and weekends)
• UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred but not essential

• Assist clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
• Support with safe mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and medication prompts
• Carry out light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Record daily care activities and report any changes in client needs or condition
