OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The health care assistant will play a vital role in providing essential support to patients and assisting the nursing team in delivering high quality care. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others

SKILLS

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate clear communication with patients and colleagues.
  • Experience in primary care or care home settings is highly desirable.
  • Ability to develop and follow individual care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using healthcare software effectively.
  • Duties are varied including phlebotomy, health checks, ECGs, Injections, blood pressure checks to name but a few
