JOB SUMMARY

Studley Rose care Home are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes or through home care services, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will assist with daily living activities, implement care plans, and foster a positive environment for those you support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to drive, enabling them to provide care in various settings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between locations.
  • IT skills are advantageous for maintaining records and communicating within the team.
  • A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care is essential.
