Silverways Nursing Home is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team. You’ll deliver person-centred care, supporting residents with daily living, promoting independence, and maintaining their wellbeing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility
  • Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with our multi-disciplinary team
  • Attend training to maintain and develop your skills

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Compassionate, reliable, and flexible
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
  • Leadership potential to support new staff
