Health Care Management Nurse Annual Salary: Level II: - Y15B - $62,409.27/ Per Year + Full State Benefits Package Travel is OCCASIONAL - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance. Days worked will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Minimum Qualifications: Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) Three years of professional nursing experience Job Responsibilities Quality management is vital to support individuals receiving Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). Ensuring the health, safety and welfare of service recipients is a federal requirement and the primary responsibility of the DDS risk mitigation and prevention unit. This position will utilize professional nursing knowledge to complete federally mandated comprehensive mortality reviews, review health-related incident reports, monitor Medicaid claims data, and investigative findings which substantiate abuse or neglect. Position will identify health and safety trends and patterns and make recommendations for mitigation strategies and quality improvement activities on a regional and systemic level. Will develop and provide health-related trainings to educate internal and external partners on preventive measures to reduce identified risks. Will act as a subject matter expert on end-of-life, mortality, and incident management processes.
