This role requires someone who can drive efficiency, maintain a premium client environment, and build scalable systems. Core Responsibilities Lead daily operations (scheduling, front desk workflows, staff coordination) Manage billing, collections, and revenue cycle performance Supervise and develop administrative staff Track and report KPIs (show rates, collections, clinician utilization) Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance Oversee social media and community outreach efforts Facility & Office Management Oversee the physical office environment, ensuring a clean, organized, and high-end client experience Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships (cleaning, IT, utilities, etc.) Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory Ensure safety standards and workplace compliance are consistently met Proactively identify and resolve facility-related issues 3+ years in healthcare or mental health office management Experience with billing, collections, and insurance workflows Experience overseeing office or facility operations (vendors, maintenance, etc.) Proven leadership managing administrative teams Knowledge of HIPAA compliance Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Strong Tech proficiency (EMR/EHR, Google Workspace, Excel, etc) Preferred Mental health or private practice experience Experience improving systems and workflows Familiarity with KPIs and operational dashboards Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: 8-hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
