JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients, particularly those in hospice care, senior care, and assisted living environments. Your responsibilities will include personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities, ensuring that clients feel safe and valued in their homes or care facilities.

SKILLS

  • Previous experience in domiciliary care, personal care, support, senior care, or nursing home settings is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of first aid practices and emergency response procedures.
  • Ability to provide home care services with compassion and respect for client dignity.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with individuals facing physical or emotional challenges.
  • Capability to assist clients with dementia care through understanding their unique needs.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and client requirements.
