JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in west Midland and surrounding areas in their own homes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Previous experience in care work or a relevant qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
• A flexible approach to work, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as required.
• A full driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.

  Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour

• Assisting with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing and toileting.
• Helping with mobility and transferring, as required.
• Medication support, including administering medication and recording dosages.
• Preparing and serving meals and assisting if necessary.
• Supporting with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
• Monitoring and recording health and well-being, and reporting any changes to the relevant healthcare professionals.
• Providing social support companionship to clients.
