Health Center Administrator Job Location: Harris and Smith OBGYN 4116 Capitol St Durham, NC and 5324 McFarland Rd Durham, NC Job Summary: We are seeking a Health Center Administrator to provide overall administrative direction and oversight for policies, procedures and operational activities of two obstetric and gynecology based clinics based in Durham,NC. This position is responsible for enhancing clinical care and operational processes to improve patient safety, clinical quality, operation efficiency and creative problem solving. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and care for patients who have medically complicated pregnancies. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of two OB/GYN clinics, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional patient care. Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development. Establish schedules, task assignments and allocation of manpower, space and equipment to ensure conformance with departmental commitments. Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to optimize clinic performance. Collaborate with physicians and providers to implement best practices and improve patient satisfaction. Lead quality improvement initiatives and track key performance indicators.
