Description
PCI Government Services is seeking a Health Center Engagement and Recruitment Lead for a proposal. This position is hybrid and reports to the Program Manager.    Responsibilities: * Responsible for all health center outreach, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement activities  * Developing a national recruitment strategy, cohort selection, orientation, and health center retention throughout the contract period.  Qualifications:  * Master's degree in public health, health administration, communications, or a closely related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.  * Minimum seven (7) years of experience working with or providing services to federally qualified health centers, Primary Care Associations (PCAs), Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs), or HRSA's Bureau of Primary Health Care.  * Demonstrated experience managing national outreach, recruitment, or engagement campaigns targeting safety net health providers or underserved communities.  * Established relationships within the health center community, including with NACHC, PCAs, and HCCNs, preferred and should be described in the proposal.  * Experience managing health center participation and retention in multi-year federal TA or learning collaborative programs.    PCI Federal (PCIF) and its subsidiaries are an equal-opportunity employer.
