Description

提供員工基本醫療服務與急救處置，確保廠區健康安全 Provide basic medical services and emergency care for employees to ensure workplace health and safety. 執行健康檢查、特殊體檢及新進員工健康檢驗，並管理健康檔案 Conduct health checks, special examinations, and onboarding health screenings; maintain health records. 協助醫師診療，安排線上或現場醫師諮詢 Assist physicians during consultations and arrange online or on-site medical services. 推動健康促進活動，如減重課程、疫苗接種、健康講座 Organize health promotion programs such as weight management, vaccination campaigns, and wellness seminars. 管理母性保護計畫，包含孕期、哺乳期員工風險評估與工作調整 Implement maternity protection programs, including risk assessments and job adjustments for pregnant or nursing employees. 執行緊急事件應變流程，提供急救並協助送醫 Respond to emergencies, provide first aid, and coordinate hospital transfers. 維護健康中心設備與藥品，確保符合安全與衛生規範 Maintain medical equipment and supplies in compliance with safety and hygiene standards. 具護理師和職業證照，熟悉職業健康與急救處置 Registered nurse license; knowledge of occupational health and emergency care. 專科(含)以上，護理相關科系畢業。 College degree(or above) in Nursing or relative fields. 具有二年以上醫院護理經驗，及一年以上廠護經驗。 Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in hospitals, and have at least 1 year experience of factory nursing. 具有護理師證照，且可配合日夜輪班。 Have nurse license and be able to work rotating day and night shifts. 具有勞工健康服務護理人員資格者。良好溝通能力與危機處理能力熟悉企業健康管理系統與報告流程 Experience with corporate health management systems and reporting.
