Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive Primary Health Care (PHC) using a multidisciplinary approach and endorsed protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and health records to ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide culturally appropriate health education, supporting community participation.
  • Support and promote Aboriginal Health Practitioners (AHPs) as primary healthcare providers.
  • Engage in ongoing education and professional development for self and team.
  • Contribute to Quality & Safety programs, including policy and protocol development.
  • Participate in performance management and professional development activities.
  • Assist with staff orientation to support teamwork and integration.
  • Support the development and review of the Organisational Plan.
  • Participate in a 24-hour on-call roster.
