JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Coral Gables team. This part-time role focuses on delivering personalized, transformative care through anti-aging protocols, including peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and regenerative solutions rooted in functional medicine. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical • Perform physical exams, review labs, and conduct functional assessments • Assess, diagnose, and treat with a focus on hormone balance, peptides, IV therapy, and supplements • Create and adjust personalized treatment plans for long-term results • Stay current with hormone health, weight loss, and regenerative protocols Medical Management • Conduct patient assessments including physical exams and bloodwork reviews • Prescribe medications • Maintain detailed medical records and same-day EHR charting • Ensure regulatory compliance and infection control protocols Leadership • Educate clients with confidence and empathy • Collaborate with clinic staff to deliver 5-star care • Represent Relive’s values and commitment to client transformation REQUIREMENTS • APRN/PA degree from accredited program • Active Florida state licensure • 3+ years clinical experience (2+ years wellness/functional medicine preferred) • Experience with hormone optimization and regenerative medicine preferred • Aesthetic injectables experience a plus • Passion for root-cause medicine and client transformation • Clear background check Flexible work from home options available.
