Job Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Health Club Attendant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the health club, gym, pool, and surrounding areas while delivering excellent guest service. Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the health club, gym, pool, and changing areas Ensure safe use of gym equipment and monitor pool safety at all times Supervise pool area and enforce safety rules and regulations Set up and arrange pool deck, sunbeds, towels, and fitness areas Provide towels, amenities, and assist guests with requests Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Monitor guest activities and ensure compliance with safety standards Assist in emergency situations when required and follow safety procedures Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Qualifications Previous experience in a gym, hotel health club, or pool environment preferred Basic knowledge of pool safety and gym equipment Lifeguard certification where applicable Good communication and guest service skills Physically fit and able to work in active indoor/outdoor environments Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage High school diploma or equivalent preferred Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
