Job Description Health Club Receptionist Responsible for greeting members and guests, managing front desk operations, answering inquiries, and providing a welcoming atmosphere. The role involves administrative duties, customer service, and ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area. Greet and welcome members and guests as they arrive. Provide information about the club's facilities, programs, and services. Address and resolve member inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and courteously. Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications. Schedule appointments and manage bookings for classes, personal training sessions, and other services. Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations. Maintain and update member records in the club's database. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, brochures, and promotional materials. Monitor access to the club, ensuring only authorized individuals enter. Enforce club policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment. Respond to emergencies and assist with evacuation procedures if necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a health club or fitness center. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with member management software. Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
