We are currently recruiting for a Part time Health Club & Spa Receptionist at L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
The 4 AA Red Star L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa is situated in the scenic location of St. Brelade’s Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in Jersey. With 106 bedrooms The Grill restaurant offering panoramic ocean views, L’Horizon is the ideal setting for a romantic getaway or even an idyllic coastal wedding.
One of the highlights of this boutique beachside hotel in Jersey is the spa, including six treatment rooms, a relaxation area, a pedicure and manicure area and a sleep room.

• The role of our Health Club & Spa receptionist is to welcome and engage with our members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service through greeting them on arrival, answering phone calls, responding to emails and booking them in for treatments & classes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel, health club & spa and treatments on offer and provide thoughtful recommendations, tailored to each guest to help create magical memories.
• You will be responsible for ensuring our Health Club & Spa are clean and maintained to a very high standard creating a magical first impression, playing a key role in creating a home from home experience making sure each area is immaculately presented, setting up refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas and pre-treatment areas, and replenishing fresh towels and toiletries through out the day.
• Build and maintain relationships within the team and ensure communication is clear between the shifts.
