Location: The Point at Polzeath, Cornwall
Position Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Health Club Business Development Manager & Senior Management Team.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience within a leisure, fitness, or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking an ambitious and service-led Health Club Supervisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in leisure and hospitality, while playing a key role in the development and success of The Point brand.
As a Health Club Supervisor, you will help oversee daily operations of the health club and leisure facilities, ensuring the high standards of member service, team leadership, safety, and presentation. You will work closely with the Health Club Business Development Manager and wider management team to maintain a thriving, customer-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Health Club, including gym, pool, studio, and treatment areas.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and inspiring your team to do the same.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and cleanliness standards across all facilities are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Coordinate rotas, manage bookings, and oversee member communications.
  • Assist in driving membership sales and customer engagement through service excellence and brand promotion.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of health and wellness programmes, events, and initiatives.
  • Help manage stock levels, maintenance checks, and supplier relationships.
  • Be a visible and active presence during peak hours, leading by example with professionalism, energy, and care.
