In this role, you’ll work one-on-one and with groups to support employees in setting and achieving health goals across fitness, nutrition, stress, and overall well-being. If you’re energized by behavior change, motivational coaching, and whole-person wellness, this is your chance to make a direct impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized coaching to employees on fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and behavior change strategies.
  • Use NASM-certified coaching techniques (or equivalent training) to develop realistic, personalized wellness plans.
  • Lead small group classes, workshops, or challenges focused on sustainable health habits.
  • Collaborate with the wellness team to build and support ongoing health and wellness initiatives across the company.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees seeking guidance on exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle improvements.
  • Maintain coaching records and track progress using provided tools or platforms.
  • Stay up to date with the latest in health science, fitness trends, and evidence-based wellness strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • NASM-Certified Wellness Coach (CWC), Behavior Change Specialist (BCS), or equivalent health coaching certification (e.g., ACE Health Coach, NBHWC, Precision Nutrition Level 1).
  • 2+ years of experience in coaching, personal training, wellness consulting, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of habit formation, motivational interviewing, and client-centered goal setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect across diverse teams.
