Health Coach, Lubbock As a Health Coach you will be responsible for guiding a self-discovery process which entails (but is not limited to): assessing wellness then readiness to change and confidence of a client, coaching to that level of readiness and confidence, and co-creating a wellness vision including SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) goals while helping to identify potential or existing obstacles and developing strategies to overcome those obstacles. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the following office location: Texas: Lubbock Availability to work weekends as needed, based upon departmental scheduling requirements Positions specified as “on call/per diem” refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an “as needed basis” to fill in for staff vacancies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Exercise, Sport Science, Kinesiology, or another related field of study Preferred Qualifications: Within 90 days of hire date: Phlebotomy Certification Internship, volunteer, or work experience in wellness-related field Why Join Providence?
