Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated and organised programme deliverer & administrator to play a key role in our Flourish ladies’ weight management programme. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about women’s health and wellbeing, enjoys engaging with people, and has strong administrative skills to keep the programme running smoothly. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and physical activity sessions that inspire and support participants while ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Your work will directly contribute to the success and continuous improvement of the programme.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

A hands-on role that requires you to:

  • Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of women’s health programmes, workshops, and support sessions.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to clients on lifestyle changes, nutrition, fitness, mental wellbeing, and reproductive health.
  • Monitor client progress and offer motivational support to achieve health goals.
  • Facilitate group sessions, or community events that promote women’s health awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • Contribute to the creation of educational resources and social media content.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and trends in women’s health and wellness.
  • Support programme evaluation and feedback collection to ensure continuous improvement.
