ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are seeking a passionate wellness, Spanish-speaking professional to provide one-on-one health behavior change coaching. Some work will be onsite and some will be telephonic. Coach will also assist with promoting interventions onsite at multiple client locations. Utilizing our web-based proprietary software, you will promote a healthy culture and strive to engage employees in the company well-being offerings. This candidate will serve as a wellness ambassador and role model.

REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated health educator experience REQUIRED
Must speak fluent Spanish
Exceptional interpersonal, organization and communication skills required
Ability to work autonomously, and manage multiple priorities
Experience working with clients and customers
Strong computer skills

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Required: BS Degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Exercise Science, Community Health Education or related HEALTH field
Preferred: Certification in worksite wellness or health coaching

Responsibilities

· Provide one-to-one onsite health coaching for employees
· Work closely with wellness committees, human resources representatives and site managers
· Create and deploying health promotion, education, activities and challenges
· Track health behavior change using proprietary health coaching software
· Conduct in-person health risk assessments and biometric screens (training provided)
