Position contingent upon contract award
As the Health Coaching Specialist , you will design, implement, and monitor comprehensive health and wellness programs for cleared personnel, ensuring physical readiness and long-term wellness in a high security environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, health sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or wellness coaching.

Certification from a nationally recognized organization such as:

• NSCA (CSCS or CPT)
• NASM (CPT or PES)

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a secure, high pressure environment
• Experience working in secure or classified environments (military, IC, or defense community)
  SECURITY CLEARANCE : Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
