Clinical Scheduling Coordinator (Contract) Location: West Perth (In Office) Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Pay: $35.15 per hour + super Duration: 18 Month Contract About Our Client We are partnering with one of Australia’s most respected member-owned wellbeing organisations, with a proud history spanning over 180 years. The Opportunity Join Australian Unity's Clinical Health Concierge team as a Scheduling Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in connecting customers with the right healthcare professionals at the right time. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare coordination while working in a supportive, office environment with comprehensive training provided. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule clinical staff appointments to meet customer needs Make daily changes to schedules as needed, ensuring customers receive timely care Respond to scheduling change requests from clinicians and customers Liaise with third-party providers when additional clinical staff are needed Use scheduling systems (Salesforce and other platforms) to manage appointments and maintain accurate records Provide administrative support including managing emails and answering calls Communicate with team leaders about staffing needs and availability Ensure all customer and staff information is kept up-to-date and accurate What You Bring Experience in scheduling and rostering environments (highly desirable). Sound understanding of administration procedures and general business practices. Initiative in completing tasks to tight deadlines and the flexibility to handle constantly changing priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and empathy with customers and relatives. Compliance with relevant screening requirements eg Qualifications, Working Rights and other regulatory checks required. Certificate III or above qualification in community, aged care or administration is desirable.
