We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Health Data Analyst to join our healthcare analytics team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within healthcare or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL; experience with R or Python for data analysis preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive learner with a genuine interest in healthcare analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess healthcare data from internal and external sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity during preparation.
  • Perform descriptive and basic inferential statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Generate reports on key health metrics, including patient demographics, treatment outcomes, and healthcare costs.
  • Create clear and actionable dashboards, charts, and visualizations to communicate findings to management and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, management, and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
  • Provide analytical support for ad-hoc requests and special projects.
  • Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in health data analytics.
