Services include individual/group counseling, community-based prevention education/counseling and case management/outreach services. The position establishes/maintains relationships with community partners, implements group programming, workshops and activities. A combination of individual counseling and case management in conjunction with offering group programming and community workshops is required. The Children Exposed to Violence (CEV) Program Coordinator ensures a balance of group programming, individual counseling, school-based programming, and community education events. The incumbent makes referrals to other programs/services as necessary, and works in partnership with other agencies/community based organizations.
