Your Impact
Working within our vibrant Health Funds and Patient Services team, you’ll support hospital-wide services and contribute to critical processes that ensure accurate billing, strong relationships with health funds, and compliance with contracts and policies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with data gathering and preparation for audits
  • Monitoring communications and ensuring timely, professional responses
  • Maintaining records and updating information in WebPAS (Patient Management System)
  • Liaising across departments to retrieve clinical documentation and verify patient data
  • Supporting compliance reporting and contract administration under the guidance of the Lead Specialist – Health Funding Compliance

What You Bring

  • Experience in private hospital billing, health fund product knowledge, or similar industry experience (preferred)
  • Certificate in Health Administration or similar (preferred but not essential)
  • A keen eye for detail and a methodical, organised approach
  • A proactive mindset – you enjoy solving problems, digging into the detail, and supporting organisational goals
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Solid understanding of the Privacy Act and the importance of confidentiality
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Teams, and ideally WebPAS
