POSITION SUMMARY
The Health Informatics and Metrics Project Coordinator works under the direction of the Quality Management Director. This person will assist in advancing organizational initiatives aimed at improving efficiencies with our electronic health record, patient outcomes, and operational processes. These initiatives include Meaningful Use, HEDIS, Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), and UDS measures.
