Description Will serve as the primary person responsible for the structural integrity of medical records (electronic and paper) within assigned Adult Day Health Center(s), evaluates those records for compliance with the documentation and licensing requirements set forth by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the National PACE Association and other authorities. This role involves handling various administrative and technical tasks to ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and security of patient health information. Requirements Proficiency in software tools such as Power Bi, SharePoint, Excel, EHR software, and other related programs is strongly preferred. Candidate must have knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, the ability to work collaboratively with others and independently, ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills and be able to operate a computer proficiently. Valid Driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance required. High School Diploma or equivalent, post HS training preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience with medical records or health care related clerical duties. Prior EHR experience required.
