Maintain Health records according to established Resident Records Policies, procedures and professional standards. Assists with Quality Improvement practices under the direction of the Quality Improvement & Integrity Officer. This position is jointly shared by another Health Information & Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years experience in Health Records in healthcare
• Experience with computer word processing and spread sheets (Microsoft)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Project management experience
