Maintains confidentiality of all medical records through proper filing and storage. Monitors the timely return of medical orders and reports.  Responsibilities include: * Conducts quarterly audits on admission and discharge for all entities. * Maintains an organized system of records in accordance with federal and state guidelines. * Maintains discharged records.  * Monitors and ensures completion of Medicare Certifications.  * Oversees the release of medical record information in appropriate format to authorized persons.
