About this Role:  * Document Imaging & Records Processing * Prepare, scan, and index medical records with accurate patient identification and document classification. * Review scanned documents for quality, ensuring legibility and completeness; correct or rescan as needed. * Manage incoming faxes and route documents to appropriate patient records and staff. * Quality Assurance & Improvement * Performs audits on scanned and indexed records to ensure accuracy and productivity standards * Support process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and service quality * RECORDS MANAGEMENT & RELEASE OF INFORMATION * Assist with record retrieval, release of information requests, and preparation of records for storage or secure destruction. * Collaboration & Team Support * Partner with HIM leadership and IT to resolve imaging issues and improve workflows. * Support onboarding and training of team members on document imaging processes.
