Description Full-Time | Monday–Friday Multi-Site Dermatology Practice | Houston, TX We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy professional to oversee clinical systems, technology, and data management across a growing multi-site dermatology practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of healthcare operations, IT systems, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize EMR/EHR and Practice Management systems Standardize templates and improve clinical workflows Oversee IT infrastructure, vendors, and system performance Support data reporting, dashboards, and operational insights Ensure compliance with MIPS, HIPAA, and CLIA Coordinate provider & staff team onboarding/offboarding in all systems Implement system integrations and emerging technologies (AI tools) Provide technical troubleshooting and equipment replacement, set up and coordination Qualifications 3–5+ years in healthcare systems, IT with Health focus Strong experience with EHR/PM systems Knowledge of healthcare compliance and workflows Highly organized, solution-oriented, and detail-driven Excellent communication and problem-solving skills What We Offer Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) on-site (not a remote position) Competitive salary + benefits Collaborative, growth-focused environment Opportunity to play a key role in scaling a high-performing practice Requirements Able to travel between all locations when needed Able to perform all duties of the position
