Job Description Summary Entry-level professional individual contributor who works under close supervision. Problems faced are routine. Essential Functions Works with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines. Builds, documents and maintains new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions. Develops and implements solution validation plans. Ensures quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans. Builds training materials for the implemented solutions. Trains customers on the implemented solutions. Participates in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagements. Contributes towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base. Collaborates with the DrugDev product development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality. Provides Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations. Has working knowledge of support processes and working in production environment. Works with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience Experience working with external customers to gather technical requirements Pref Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies Req Knowledge of the clinical trial / pharmaceutical domain Pref Powerful work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction Intermediate Strong customer facing and presentation skills Intermediate Process documentation skills Intermediate Validation documentation and execution skills Intermediate Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills Intermediate IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
