We’re looking for a detail-loving, tech-savvy Health Information Technician (HIT) to help keep our patients’ medical records organized, complete, and accessible. In this role, you’ll review and process inpatient records, manage digital documentation through OnBase and ObservSMART, and ensure lab results are properly linked in the EMR. You’ll collaborate with clinical staff, spot documentation trends, and help maintain the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Requirements Two-year Associate Degree of Applied Arts & Sciences with graduation from an approved H.I.M. Technician program or related field.; or Two years of medical office or medical record experience, or Two years of experience with EMR systems and document scanning required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
