In this role, you will play a crucial part in the implementation and optimization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions across various therapeutic areas. Your expertise will influence the way healthcare providers adopt these technologies, improving patient outcomes and workflow efficiencies. By collaborating with health systems and account teams, you will identify opportunities for intervention and ensure the successful integration of HIT strategies within operational frameworks. Your contributions will have a meaningful impact on the healthcare landscape, supporting underrepresented communities and enhancing their access to necessary treatments. \n Accountabilities Partner with IDN and Clinics IT leaders to identify areas of opportunity for interventions. Engage with healthcare systems on workflow assessments to identify opportunities for improved outcomes. Educate on digital assets needed to support health system collaborations, including the removal of barriers. Serve as a support point for account teams to apply HIT strategies and resources effectively. Conduct education and share knowledge with other colleagues. Guide pilots and rollouts, ensuring adoption and seamless integration into provider systems. Establish feedback loops with field teams to capture adoption barriers and operational challenges. Report insights and Key Performance Indicators to refine future HIT strategy and execution. Requirements Strong knowledge of major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Athena, eClinicalWorks) and major third-party systems. Hands-on experience conducting workflow assessments within health systems or provider IT environments. Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational barriers during rollout and adoption. Strong customer presence and communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for broader audiences. Integrity and commitment to compliance in a regulated environment. Interpersonal flexibility to engage effectively with diverse provider and internal stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Informatics, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Health IT, EHR/CDS, or clinical informatics within relevant settings.
