Your work will empower communities by making health information easier to understand and use, helping people make informed decisions about their wellbeing. Your role, your impact As the Plain Language Coordinator, you will: Oversee the Health Literacy and Plain Language portfolio Develop training and review packages aligned with service offerings Lead workshops and training sessions for diverse stakeholders Identify research opportunities and contribute to fee-for-service quotations Build networks and partnerships to expand service reach Contribute to ISO Plain Language standards and Enliven’s communications Collaboration is key This is a shared position with another Plain Language and Health Literacy Training Coordinator. Together, you’ll collaborate to deliver high-quality training, resources, and support to stakeholders across the sector. Who we’re looking for Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent written communication, including Plain Language documentation Strategic thinker with ability to identify and implement new opportunities High-level organisational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Health Promotion, Public Health, Social Work, or Community Development, or similar Qualification in Plain Language or equivalent experience Desirable Marketing and/or Communications qualification Additional Information What's in it for you At Each you’ll be supported to be your best.
