Responsibilities: Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate client accounts to drive portfolio growth. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies tailored to market trends and specific client needs. Build and sustain high-trust relationships with existing clients, overseeing the end-to-end renewal process to ensure long-term retention. Provide expert guidance on health insurance solutions, including benefit structuring, coverage options, and strategic cost-optimization to maximize client value. Facilitate seamless communication with insurance carriers regarding quotations, premium negotiations, policy administration, and complex claims advocacy. Stay abreast of healthcare industry shifts to provide clients with proactive updates and competitive benchmarking. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience as Marketing from General Insurance/Broker Insurance. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, particularly in the insurance industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
