DESCRIPTION
The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating a wide range of documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), communication guidelines, process documentation, findings/trends from data reports and analyst communications, etc.,
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive documentation such as SOPs, communication guidelines, process flows, and project plans.
- Collaborate with various departments including data analysts to gather information, report findings, and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Document all aspects of the healthcare insurance operations, including interactions with the outsourcing partner.
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards.
- Create user-friendly guides, manuals, and data analytic finds, for internal and external stakeholders - ensure analytic findings are understandable to leadership and other non-technical stakeholders.
- Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and usability.
- Manage document control processes to ensure proper versioning and accessibility.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is nice to have.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, CRM tools, etc.,)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
