Projé is seeking a highly skilled PMO Analyst with experience in health plan operations and project support.
The PMO (Project Management Office) Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the effective delivery of projects and programs across the organization. This position is responsible for maintaining project governance standards, providing analytical insights, and ensuring consistent reporting and tracking of project performance. The PMO Analyst partners with project managers, executives, and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, enable informed decision-making, and support the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and enforcement of PMO frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Ensures compliance with project governance standards, processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Assists project managers with project planning, scheduling, resource tracking, and issue/risk management.
  • Monitors project milestones and deliverables to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Prepares and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and status reports for executives and stakeholders.
  • Analyzes project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Tracks resource utilization and allocation across projects.
  • Supports budget monitoring, variance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Recommends process enhancements to improve project delivery and portfolio management.
  • Provides training and guidance to project teams on PMO tools and processes.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis, and visualization).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong ability to design and deliver polished, executive-ready presentations.
  • Experience building dashboards and KPIs to monitor project and operational performance.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and systems to gather, validate, and synthesize data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to senior executives.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education and Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience working with or for a health insurance company.
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in information management or comparable work-related experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in health plan operations with exposure to Commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid lines of business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting health plan projects or programs, preferably in reporting or analyst roles.
