Description

Let’s talk about this role
At nib, our purpose is to improve the health and wellbeing of our members and communities. Through evidence-based, member-centric health programs, we help those living with or at risk of chronic disease live better, healthier lives. We’re looking for a passionate and organised Health Program Partner to help us deliver and continuously improve this portfolio of programs across our Australian and International member base.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Health Programs, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, delivery, and performance of a portfolio of targeted health programs. These programs are designed to drive member engagement, improve clinical outcomes, and ensure commercial sustainability.
Your work will focus on understanding member needs, coordinating implementation, managing internal and external stakeholders, and using data and feedback to drive ongoing program optimisation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our programs are easy to access, digitally enabled, and meet the highest standards of care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of chronic disease programs
  • Engaging stakeholders to define requirements, support implementation, and manage change
  • Supporting the design of digital pathways to optimise member targeting, consent and referral flows
  • Drafting technical requirements and leading testing and deployment for system updates
  • Overseeing onboarding, updates and decommissioning of programs as needed
  • Monitoring program performance and reporting on clinical and commercial outcomes
  • Ensuring all risk, privacy and compliance obligations are met

Let’s talk about you
You are detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about delivering impactful health programs. You bring excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and can translate complex data and system requirements into action. You are confident working with both health and technical teams and thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

You’ll also bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience in health program or product delivery, ideally within the private health sector
  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in working with data, technical requirements, and reporting tools
  • A member-first mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based programs

At nib, we recognise that some people may only apply when their education, skills and/or experiences are identical to what an employer is looking for in a candidate.
