QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Tertiary Qualification in Health Promotion, Public Health or another suitable qualification
• Demonstrated experience in delivering health promotion programs or projects including reporting and evaluation.
• Demonstrates evidence-based practice with an understanding of the social model of health

The role of Health Promotion Officer at GEO Healthcare is to assist. The primary role of the health promotion officer is to deliver health promotion services to patients using a range of individual, social and environmental interventions in line with Correct Care’s strategic documents. The role requires the incumbent to perform all duties in accordance with the GEO Healthcare Values.
