BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
As a Claims Specialist, you’ll manage Life, Critical Illness, and/or Disability claims, making key decisions and providing excellent customer support through our HALO claims service, ensuring compliance with industry standards and UK regulations while managing and enhancing our customers’ experience addressing each case with precision and empathy.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
In this role your skills and experience will be crucial in identifying trends and contributing to the continuous improving and development of best practices. A key part of your role will be to maintain open communication with customers, providing updates and guidance throughout the claims process to build trust and customer satisfaction while working with colleagues across the Company to resolve complex cases and implement strategic solutions, helping us to achieve our commitment to excellence in claims management.
