About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Health Information Services Team. This position works under limited direction from the Director, Health Record Integrity and is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the overall integrity of the health record. This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of relevant policies and procedures as well as managing the teams responsible for the patient master index, Digital Health Record chart correction, and discharge summary reporting. The successful applicant will be required to provide accurate and specialised advice, monitor changes in the broader work environment, manage relationships with stakeholders, interpret, draft, and review policy and procedural directions, and contribute to the identification and implementation of systems improvement initiatives.
