The successful post holder will be responsible for ensuring all Department targets are met, for undertaking staff appraisals, absence management, and ensuring Trust and Departmental policies and procedures are implemented and complied with. Promoting service developments and changes. Knowledge of Health Records procedures and systems, specifically Patient Centre and Evolve (electronic case note) would be advantageous. You must be organised, numerate, methodical and thorough with an enthusiastic and motivated approach to work.
People skills and acceptance of constant changes and flexibility in the workplace are essential.
