6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

6.1. Scope of Description: This job description outlines the key activities and requirements of the role. It does not detail all duties and tasks required. It will be reviewed periodically with the employee to reflect the Purfleet Trust’s ongoing development.
6.2. Performance Review: Performance and development needs will be reviewed annually against criteria agreed upon with the line manager, in line with all other positions within the Purfleet Trust.
6.3. Flexibility: The post holder must demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to adapt their work routine and work outside normal hours when necessary to meet client needs, including occasional evenings and weekends.
6.4. Travel Requirements: The post holder must be able to travel for company business.
6.5. Confidentiality: The post holder will have access to confidential information from various sources and must exhibit a high degree of integrity and trustworthiness.
6.6. Managing service delivery: to ensure that services provided adhere to the Trusts strategy and funders requirements as well as complying with legal framework

Responsibilities

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

· Willing to undertake any required training so that they have a good understanding of health screening, prevention and symptoms
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· A proactive and positive approach to supporting people
· Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
· A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
· Experience of supporting people with multiple barriers to accessing appropriate health care.
